2.2.1CleanRoomAirHandlingSystem
3.AnFMRCApprovedsmokedetectionsystemshouldbeprovidedwithinthemakeupairhandlerunitsorclosetothemdownstream.Thesmokedetectionsystemshouldbearrangedtoalarmataconstantlyattendedlocationandshutdownthemakeupairunitsuponalarmtopreventcontinuedintakeofcontaminatedmakeupair.
